Комплекс коммуникаций, обслуживающих технологические процессы или входящие в различные системы инженерного оборудования населённых пунктов
[Терминологический словарь по строительству на 12 языках (ВНИИИС Госстроя СССР)]Сети инженерно-технического обеспечения (СИТО). Под понятием «инженерные сети (системы, коммуникации)» понимаются системы, обеспечивающие жизнедеятельность потребителей: населения, коммунально-бытовых и промышленных предприятий. А именно:
- внешние системы электроснабжения (линии электропередачи, трансформаторные и тяговые подстанции и т. д.);
- внутренние системы электроснабжения (домовые сети напряжением 380 В и ниже);
- внешние системы теплоснабжения (городские теплосети, тепловые пункты и внутриквартальные сети);
- внутренние системы теплоснабжения (системы горячего водоснабжения и отопления зданий и сооружений);
- внешние системы водоснабжения и водоотведения (источники водоснабжения, гидротехнические сооружения, водопроводные и канализационные очистные станции, коллекторы, насосные станции, внутриквартальные сети);
- внутренние системы водоснабжения и водоотведения (системы водоснабжения и водоотведения зданий и сооружений);
- системы вентиляции и кондиционирования воздуха (жилых и общественных зданий и сооружений и объектов инженерного обеспечения);
- системы наружного освещения (улиц, дорог, витрин, стендов и т. д. и относящихся к ним линий электропередачи напряжением 10 кВ и ниже);
- системы газоснабжения (газораспределительные пункты, регуляторы давления, фильтры, предохранительные клапаны, счетчики, газопроводы и т. п.)
- внешние сети связи;
- внутренние сети связи (телефонная сеть, структурированная кабельная система, система автоматизированного диспетчерского управления, система контроля доступа, система визуализации);
